Parking at the Marriott
Parking is $6.00 per night for overnight guest. Valet parking is $12.00 per night. Day Guest parking is $5.00 for valet parking or complimentary for self-parking.

Parking within City Center
There are 3 parking garages open to the public within City Center and they are free! Please check out their website to find out where they are located and the listed of shopping opportunities. http://www.citycenteratoysterpoint.com/

NO SMOKING
The hotel is a SMOKE FREE facility. There will a designated area where you may smoke outside of the building.

NO DRINKS IN THE LOBBY
You may not take your drink outside of our banquet room. If you do so, the hotel will be forced to kick us out. The hotel considers all lobby areas public areas and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Ticket Sales at the Door
If you plan on paying for your ticket at the door you may do so at the check in table. Tickets are $55 per person and we can only accept cash.


**We are still lacking funds for this event and a few people have put down $1500 that we will not get back if we don’t sell anymore tickets. Please encourage anyone you know who is on the fence about coming to come! I think this will a really fun night and a great chance to see everyone and catch up!

Details for Saturday

I was hoping to get some more information from the hotel before I posted this, but I haven't received the finalized menu or cash bar prices. I've been asked about the dress code from several people and I'm thinking we should make it business casual, so no jeans or t-shirts.

I did not mail out any tickets because that would cost time and money that we do not have. The hotel has TVs placed throughout the hotel lobby that say exactly where your event will be held and the times. I will place balloons and signs so everyone knows where to go. There will be a table outside of the entrance for you to check in. At this table please verify your mailing address, email address, and phone number for future reunions. You will also receive a name tag for you and your guest to wear throughout the night.

If you plan on paying for your ticket at the door you may do so at the check in table. Tickets are $55 per person and we can only accept cash.

As soon as I know what the specific menu will be and cash bar prices, I will pass that along to you. I also just wanted to pass along two very important hotel rules...

1. The hotel is a NON-SMOKING facility. There is a designated smoking area outside, but you may not smoke in the hotel at all...not even in any of the sleeping rooms.

2. Drinks are not allowed outside of the door to our banquet room. All areas outside of our banquet room are considered public areas and alcohol especially is prohibited. This means when you go outside to smoke, you must leave your drink with your date or finish it before you leave the room.

August 22nd is right around the corner...

The reunion is quickly approaching! Please purchase your tickets ASAP because our final payment is due at the end of next week. I have opened up our event to all PHS graduates. Please spread the word to anyone who might be interested in attending. We are looking to sell at least 30 more tickets to cover our expenses. If you're having trouble using the PayPal links, please let me know.
