Details for Saturday

I was hoping to get some more information from the hotel before I posted this, but I haven't received the finalized menu or cash bar prices. I've been asked about the dress code from several people and I'm thinking we should make it business casual, so no jeans or t-shirts.

I did not mail out any tickets because that would cost time and money that we do not have. The hotel has TVs placed throughout the hotel lobby that say exactly where your event will be held and the times. I will place balloons and signs so everyone knows where to go. There will be a table outside of the entrance for you to check in. At this table please verify your mailing address, email address, and phone number for future reunions. You will also receive a name tag for you and your guest to wear throughout the night.

If you plan on paying for your ticket at the door you may do so at the check in table. Tickets are $55 per person and we can only accept cash.

As soon as I know what the specific menu will be and cash bar prices, I will pass that along to you. I also just wanted to pass along two very important hotel rules...

1. The hotel is a NON-SMOKING facility. There is a designated smoking area outside, but you may not smoke in the hotel at all...not even in any of the sleeping rooms.

2. Drinks are not allowed outside of the door to our banquet room. All areas outside of our banquet room are considered public areas and alcohol especially is prohibited. This means when you go outside to smoke, you must leave your drink with your date or finish it before you leave the room.
